LAUTECH NYSC regularisation Update

The management of Ladoke Akintola University of Technology (LAUTECH), Ogbomosho, Oyo State, has directed all graduating students who had problem of JAMB regularization to come for the exercise.

In an internal memo signed by the registrar of LAUTCH, A.Agboola, the exercise would commence on Tuesday, March 14, 2017 through Tuesday, March 19, 2017.

This exercise would enable those who were affected by the regularization to meet up with the next batch of NYSC mobilization.

The memo, which is titled: NOTICE ON THE NEW PROCESS OF LATE REGISTRATION (FORMERLY REGULARISATION), CORRECTION OF DATA AND OTHER E-SERVICES WITH JOINT ADMISSION AND MATRICULATION BOARD (JAMB), reads:

“Pursuant to the directive of JAMB on the new process as relating to the above mentioned subject, the Vice Chancellor, Prof A. S. Gbadegesin has directed that, all students, as well as graduated students that are awaiting mobilization for the National Youth Service Scheme who are yet to regularize their admission or complete other documentation with JAMB, should as a matter of UTMOST URGENCY submit the following documents to their various departments

Requirements for LAUTECH NYSC regularisation

(1) One copy of JAMB Indemnity Form (colour print out)
(2) One photocopy of JAMB Indemnity Form
(3)Photocopy of the university student identification card
(4) Photocopy of ‘o’ level result with which admission was offered by the university
(5)Photocopy of  up – to- date semester by semester results
(6)Photocopy of tuition fee payment receipts
(7) Photocopy of Statement of Results(For graduates only)
(8) Photocopy of university clearance form (For graduates only)
(9)Letter of authentication of studentship to be issued by the Head of Department
Note that any Indemnity Form that is not accompanied with the above listed documents will not be treated to JAMB for further processing
