“The mopol man could have been killed if help didn’t come from his colleagues,” a man who simply identified himself as Adegoke told infobase on phone.

Nigerian policemen have carelessly killed innocent Nigerians and motorists in the past, most especially on the road.

In all police stations in Nigeria “police is your friend”, ” bail is free” are the two most inscriptions one can find.

They have also been accused of corruption. They extort monies from motorists on Nigerian roads.

Efforts by previous administration to rid the police of bribery have failed.
At the time of filing this report, APC national body hasn’t reacted to the incidence, but we do know that investigation will be launched to unravel circumstances surrounding the incident.
