Do you know you can actually get solution to your N-power problem by sending your complaint to the official Npower support email address?
“If you’ve been enrolled (2017 batch) but haven’t been paid for 3 months, N-Power says you’ll be paid as it’s a gradual process.”
In this post, we’ve separated the e-mail you use as 2016 batch, and the one you can use as 2017 batch, and another for device complaint email address, we also have sample of how to send your complaint.

This is in addition to the fact that you can now send complaints directly to N-POWER within your NPVN portal with ease.
Do you still have some issues with N-power? This post will show you how to get them resolved by simply sending a message to support centre of N-power.
When the 2016 N-power registration closed, the job initiative team made available the option to directly chat with any of its support agent online when it has to do issues relating to password, correction in volunteers’ bank details and other errors.
Unfortunately, the option to chat with N-power staff via the NPVN portal had been removed because most of your questions have been sorted out in the support link.
If you missed the previous application, here is the good news: N-Power Team announced a few minutes ago that its N-Power Build Application Portal will be accepting fresh applications beginning from November 5, 2018.
If you are one of the 2016 batch of volunteers, you can simply use the N-power Complaint Support Email below to submit your complaint: email@example.com
If you are 2017 batch, please use the N-power support email: firstname.lastname@example.org
If you are among the 2017 shortlisted candidates, you can also use the No.2 above email to contact N-POWER for support. But that will only be possible when you’ve been deployed.
In a situation whereby you can’t find solution to your N-power issues on the support section of NPVN Portal, it then becomes imperative for you to send message to N-power complaint support email for your issue to be resolved.
Reasons why you may want to contact N-power Support agent
- Unpaid stipends
- Error in your bank details
- Unmatched name etc
