- Says he is guilty of asset fraud
The Code of Conduct Tribunal (CCT) has found the suspended Chief Justice of Nigeria (CJN), Justice Walter Onnoghen guilty of asset fraud.
CCT has also banned him from holding public office for 10 years and the money in his five accounts confiscated.
The tribunal held that it is crystal clear that the money was acquired illegally since he has failed to prove how he got them.
His trouble continues as it’s likely the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) is likely to arrest him.
