One of the beneficiaries of the N-Power programme has called on the Muhammadu Buhari-led government to give the sum of N2 million to each of the volunteers.
The volunteer who simply identified himself as Prince Ahmed made the call on the Facebook page of N-Power.
According to him, the money would assist the beneficiaries of the programme to start their own business.
“Please Sir 2016, we hope to have an alert of 2 million naira each to start up a business, I know you never promise us permanent job, but you can give us money for a successful completion of the program,” Prince Ahmad said.
His request looks weird to the handler of N-Power social media, however he seemed to know what he’s talking about.
Some of his fellow volunteers supported his request while some laughed it off.
