A list of 7-man panel of the Supreme Court Justices that will hear the appeals filed by the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and its presidential candidate, Atiku Abubakar, challenging the victory of President Muhammadu Buhari at the February 23 poll as been announced by the Chief Justice of Nigeria, Ibrahim Tanko Mohammed.
CJN Ibrahim Tanko will be presiding over the much anticipated case that has got both parties talking about where favourable decisions of the court will swing.

The PDP candidate and his party are challenging the September 11 judgment of the Justice Mohammed Garba-led Presidential Election Petitions Tribunal which affirmed the victory of Buhari.
Nigerians have expressed divergent views about the panel, saying it would be extremely difficult to unseat incumbent president, while some are expressing optimism, saying Atiku is coming.
The decision of the 7-man panel is the final.
