As we write (Tuesday, December 3, 2019), beneficiaries of the N-Power programme have not received their October 2019 stipend, but it’s now certain that October and November stipends would be paid on December 20, 2019.
UPDATE: Beneficiaries have started getting October stipends a few minutes ago. The second batch are been paid first.
The assistant to President Muhammadu Buhari, Afolabi Imoukhuede who used to keep beneficiaries updated has also said nothing about the delay.

The Minister of Humanitarian Affairs, Disaster Management & Social Development Hajia Sadiya Umar Farouq whose ministry now shoulders the affairs of N-Power and other N-SIP programme was also silent about N-Power October 2019 stipend.
N-SIP was moved from the office of the Vice President to the new Ministry of Humanitarian Affairs by the president in October, 2019.
A check by InfomediaNG on her Twitter page a few hours ago reveals that the minister did promise to be transparent in running the affairs of the N-SIP, prompting reactions from the beneficiaries of the N-Power programme.
Hajia Sadiya Farouq had tweeted, “I reaffirm my commitment to delivering on the vision of His Excellency, President Muhammadu Buhari, to lift 100 million Nigerians out of poverty in 10 years and the Home Grown School Feeding Programme remains a key component of the FG’s effort towards alleviating poverty.”
But is up to 2 months now Npower beneficiaries are yet to receive their stipend…… under your ministry oooo

The beneficiaries bombarded her tweet asking when their October 2019 stipend would be paid, but there was no official response to their agitations at the time of filing this report.
Ma'am, please pay the @npower_ng beneficiaries their October and November stipends

“Say something about npower stipend too”, Ogunleye Jide tweeted.
Another N-Power volunteer Zio Otu tweeted, “Our Honourable minister when will Npower beneficiaries receive their October stipends”
Dahiru Toli tweeted, “What about October stipends of Npower beneficiaries? we are not paid yet, what is happening? Pls help say something. we are anxiously waiting for your reply. Just take it that I am speaking with voice of all the beneficiaries”
Are you one of the N-Power beneficiaries?
But, mommy please do something about our N-power brothers; they're in serious distress
