If you plan to enroll for the National Identification Number (NIN), you will visit a registration centres closer to you. You will be given a form to fill, details of which would be used for enrolment.
However, the process will be faster when you already have the form, filled and submit at the NIN registration.

NOTE: You cannot enroll for NIN twice. NIMC has what it called the Automated Biometric Information System (ABIS) that stores your details when your enrolment is completed, so the system automatically detects you if you tried to register again.
