You’re not expected to tamper with any of the apps on the device till the end of the program. That’s why NPOWER has a team of dedicated experts to handle such cases across Nigeria.

Alternatively, login to your NPVN portal, check the NPVN page to see the list of all support centres for all the devices, check for yours and click on it to see the list of support centres you can reach out for support

You can login to the NPVN portal to chat with available Npower online agent. If you’re chatting on the portal, make sure you do that during working hours/days, anything from 11-3pm will be good.
