Ways To Cast Your Votes

The only way to save your favourite housemate is by casting your vote on the three available ways.

There are three ways to vote in 2021 Shine Ya Eye edition, they are:

1. Via Web
2. Mobile site
3. Via the App: MyDStv and MyGOtv App

Here is how the voting platforms work:

Via Web

If you’re voting Via the Web, you have to head straight to the Africa Magic website. On the web platform, votes are limited to 100 per user. The votes are absolutely free.

Mobile Site

On the Mobile Site, you can head straight to Africa Magic mobile site, where 100 votes are allotted to each user.

Via DSTV App or GoTV App

This is designed for subscribers on DStv and GOtv decoders. To use this medium to vote, you have to download MyDStv App or MyGotv app

Note: You first need to register on the Africa Magic Website at https://africamagic.dstv.com/show/big-brother-naija if you didn’t vote in the last edition, but if you did, kindly skip this process.

Enter your name, username, change, others and click continue

An OTP will be sent to your phone, enter it to verification and head back to your decoder app.

To keep your favourite housemate in 2021 BBNaija in the house, follow the following steps.

1) Go to Google Playstore to download the GoTV app or DSTV app. If you already have the app, it is very important to update it from the app store.

2) Login to the MyDstv or MyGotv app by selecting your country (Nigeria)

3) Enter your surname or mobile number associated with your  decoder

4) Enter your IUC numbers and click login in

5) Scroll down to access the “Vote Now” option.

For a Jolli subscribe, you have a total of 200 votes to save your favourite housemate

6) Clicking Vote Now would reveal the faces of the housemates

7) Choose the housemate you would like to save

8) The photo of your favourite housemate would be bolder

9) Click on Vote Now. Select either upgrade or vote now then click on continue

10) On login, you get a message that “You have unlocked 200 extra votes with your GOTV Jolli package” your package depends on the number of votes you get.

11) Now select the housemate who has been nominated for eviction to save him or her. You can only cast your votes for a possible housemate, your votes will save her.

12) And click on vote to successfully submit.

Voting Time:

Voting automatically opens every Monday night after the nomination show at 8 pm (9 pm CAT) and will close Thursdays at 9 pm (10 pm CAT).
