The application link for the Guaranteed Offtake Stimulus Scheme will be activated on February 9, 2021, for business owners in certain categories to submit their application.
Targeted Beneficiaries: Micro and Small Businesses registered in Nigeria.
Stipulated grant: The general MSME grant is a one-off grant of N50,000
Model: A total of 100,000 Micro Small Enterprises are to benefit from the scheme, Lagos will have the highest followed by Kano.

The project delivery office of the Survival Fund made this known in a tweet on Thursday, February 4, 2021 tagged, “Public Announcement on the Commencement of the Guaranteed Off-take Stimulus Scheme and the MSME Grant.”
“The Steering Committee of the MSMEs Survival Fund and Guaranteed Off-take Stimulas Scheme chaired by the Honorable Minister of State, Federal Ministry of Industry, Trade and Investment, Ambassador Mariam Y. Katagum, wishes to announce the commencement of the Guaranteed Off-take Stimulus Scheme and the MSME Grant portal opening from the 9th February, 2021.”

The programme aimed at supporting small businesses who have been impacted by the coronavirus pandemic is one of the stimulus packages under the FG’s survival programme.
Aim of Guaranteed Off-take Stimulus Scheme
It is to protect and sustain the income of vulnerable micro and small enterprises from the economic disruption of the COVID-19 pandemic.
The scheme will be implemented through various initiatives aimed at boosting the production capacities of the small businesses as well as provision of grants.

Key requirements for Guaranteed Offtake Stimulus Scheme
All potential beneficiaries must meet the following criteria:
- Must be Nigerian national
- Must be registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) with at least a business Name certificate
- All applicants must have a verifiable BVN
- Bank account number
- Applicant must be ready to produce under NAFDAC and SON Specifications
- Applicant must have at least staff members
How to apply:
Step 1: Head straight to the official portal of survival fund (survivalfund.gov.ng)
Step 2: On the top right-hand side, click on “Start Here”
Step 3: From the four options under survival fund, select “Guaranteed Offtake Stimulus Scheme”
Step 4: Receive an activation code
Step 5: Login to the portal to complete registration
Step 6: Once fully registered on the platform, complete the onboarding process
Step 7: Add your Organisation, Bank and Employees details.
Step 8: Allow Project Delivery Office to verify you
Step 9: Finally, get paid
