What Is Employment-Based Visa Sponsorship?
Employment-based visa sponsorship allows an organization or employer in the United Kingdom to bring in eligible foreign nationals who will work for them into the UK, thereby making the applicant a legal working resident of the country.
In most cases when employers cannot find a suitable candidate to fill existing vacancies or there are shortage of workers, they scout for qualified candidates in the global job market.
Such foreign nationals will be sponsored by an employer, who has given them an official job offer.
