Asia Location
The largest continent is located primarily in the Eastern and Northern Hemispheres. It shares the continental landmass of Eurasia with Europe and the continental landmass of Afro-Eurasia with Africa and Europe.

In terms of land area, it is the largest country in the world covering over 17,125,191 square kilometres.
As a transcontinental country, part of Russia’s landmass cut across Asia while most Russians live in the European part of the country.
