Former Nigerian President Yakubu Gowon slumps in Delta

Former Nigerian military Head of State retired General Yakubu Gowon has reportedly slumped during a final military salute to late David Ejoor, Nigeria’s former Chief of Army Staff.

He reportedly slumped during the oration at the graveside of the late Maj.Gen.David Akpodiete Ejoor in Ovwor-Olomu Community, Ughelli South Local Government Area of Delta State.

It was gathered that military personnel attempted to bar visual coverage of the ugly incident.

The former Head of State was promptly rushed by some top echelons of the military into the special tenth for emergency resuscitation just as Governor Arthur Ifeanyi Okowa of Delta and Chief James Onanefe Ibori, former Governor of the Delta State dashed into the tenth to ensure he recovers. Ambulances belonging to the Nigerian police and the state hospital management board were immediately moved closer to the front of the tenth in case the former Head of State’s health deteriorates further. The former head of state later came back to life.

The former Head of State was promptly rushed by some top echelons of the military into the special tenth for emergency resuscitation just as Governor Arthur Ifeanyi Okowa of Delta and Chief James Onanefe Ibori, former Governor of the Delta State dashed into the tenth to ensure he recovers.

Ambulances belonging to the Nigerian police and the state hospital management board were immediately moved closer to the front of the tenth in case the former Head of State’s health deteriorates further.

The former head of state later came back to life.
