How to delete your Search History from Google

The big “G” Google keeps record of everything you’ve ever searched on its platform. Just as it has the archive of what you searched for, it also gives you the privilege to delete or download all your search history from Google.

As at April 2018, Google said it had 1.4 Billion active Gmail users around the world. That’s to tell us the huge number of data Google has.

The good part:

You can delete past searches, browsing history, and other activity from your Google Account. You’re in control of what’s stored in My Activity, and you can stop saving most activity at any time,” Google said.

You can do the following from your Google’s Account Activity:

  • Delete all activity
  • Delete individual activity items
  • Delete activity in other places
  • Stop saving activity

Follow the steps below to delete all your search history on Google

Step 1: Sign into your Google account. You must have an active Google account to gain access to your searched history.

Step 3: In the top right corner of the page, click the icon with vertical …. and select “Delete Activity.”

Step 5: Click “Delete.”

“Deleted data can’t be recovered” that’s the pop message you’ll see click “Delete” to confirm it.

That’s how to delete all your searches on Google. You can play around your account to do other things within your Google account.
