The Minister of Humanitarian Affairs, Disaster Management & Social Development, Sadiya Umar Farouq said the list of the successful candidate for the N-Power Batch would be released soon.
She stated this on her official Twitter page:
“We are concluding arrangement to start the Batch C programme where other young Nigerians will participate”
She promised that the APC-led government would not relent in its efforts to work towards a better future for young Nigerians.
Speaking on the success recorded by the N-Power programme since it took off in 2016, Ms Farouq said, “It is gratifying to note that N-Power achieved one of its core objectives of making beneficiaries self-reliant.”
109,823 Ex-NPower Beneficiaries Are Now Business Owners
In August 2020, Hajiya Sadiya about 109,823 beneficiaries from Batch A and B have setup their business.
Speaking on Batch C, “As we move to the selection stage, the Ministry will ensure due diligence will be applied to ensure that only duly qualified applicants are enrolled.”
She commended President Muhammadu Buhari’s wisdom in establishing the ministry.
