“The email entered is not a valid email of a beneficiary. Please check and try again” is the error message on NEXIT portal one of our followers said he received while he was trying to sign up on the portal.
He was one of the 2016 beneficiaries who used naij email services, which has neem shit down. This means users of the naijmail won’t be able to access their inbox NEVER again.
To address the issue, the ministry of humanitarian affairs, who is managing the N-Power youth empowerment programme released a complaint form and directed the 2016 and 2017 to fill their old and new email address.
Subsequently, he received a message directing him to use his new email address to enrol for the nexit package.
The message reads:
Dear Volunteer, Your email credentials have been updated. Please login into the NEXIT portal. Contact email@example.com for issues resolution. Thank you.
He told us that all efforts to access the portal was fruitless as he continues to see an error message:
“The email entered is not a valid email of a beneficiary. Please try again”

Use your new email address to send your complaint. Use the sample below:
Login to your email
Click on “compose”
Fill in firstname.lastname@example.org into the “To” space
Subject: You can use “Error Message: Email entered is not a valid email of a beneficiary” as the subject of your mail
Or use of any of the following:
- “I can’t still login to the NEXIT portal”
- “I don’t have access to NEXIT Portal” etc

You can also copy email@example.com in your complaint.
You have to address this issue as quickly as possible so as to benefit from the nexit packages for the former beneficiaries
