Nigeria’s government is saying you will not have access to some services if you failed to register for the National Identity Number (NIN) and link your 11-digit number to your phone line.
So, the National Identity Management Commission (NIMC) established offices in each of the over 700 local government areas in Nigeria to handle the registration exercise.
