Do you want to change your email address for you to get access to the NEXIT portal? Here is the Google Form you SHOULD fill right now.

Hundreds of batch A and B beneficiaries have been complaining since the NEXIT-CBN portal opened for an application that they are unable to get access to the portal because they are either using the defunct naijmail or using having issue with their Yahoomail.

At a point, you were instructed to send a complaint email, but a few minutes ago, the Special Assistant, Media & Publicity to the Hon Minister of Humanitarian Affairs, Disaster Management and Social Development Nneka Nkem shared NEXIT Portal Email Update Form for those with email challenges to fill.

She tweeted:

“Dear @npower_ng Beneficiaries batches A & B, If you want to change your email address or have issues related to email not functional or you do not have access to it or you can’t log in… kindly fill out this form and submit.

Required information needed to fill the form are:

  1. Your N-Power Registration Number
  2. First name
  3. Middle name
  4. Surname
  5. Your BVN
  6. Old email address
  7. New email address
  8. Phone number

And you hit submit. You will be updated when to login to the NEXIT-CBN portal

    sir my yahoo of npvn profile is incorrect already I have registered nexit CBN with it ,if you send me I can not see it because is incorrect yahoo,eg muhammadyahayayunusa2016 @ yahoo.c ,it is yahoo.com not .c

  2. Nexit portal said my NPVN email is not a valid email of a beneficiary meanwhile the email is functional. Should I still fill the form?

    1. For your email, you can reset the password. If that doesn’t work, setup another email, preferably gmail. Fill the form to state your old email and new email. State your old phone number and the new one in the comment section. That should solve your problem.

    Good mrng, during my registration in 2007, my mail account which carries Muhammad was mistakenly changed to Muhammed thereby making me finding it difficult to login for d CBN loan. I have submitted my complain through d mail provided and d situation remains the same and i have just filled d form and hopping to c changes.

    Sir, my name is Orji Ngozi Maryann. I am N-Power Batch B. I have been trying to register on the portal for more than a month now but without success. The portal keeps telling me that my NPVN registered email address is not a valid email address of a beneficiary. I don’t understand. I was never sacked before the official exit date. I have also sent logs of complaints to the three approved Nexit complaint email addresses authorized by N-Power. I have lodged all of these complaints as instructed by N-Power, yet I can’t register.     1. There is this error message that “the entered name is not a registered beneficiary ” what I my going to do about it? And I have filled the form since but No response yet
    2. My old email (main.com) is not working
