Bitcoin price today shows that the leading coin has been finding it difficult to cross $10, 000 value for weeks. It has only done so twice since the beginning of 2018.
It has been able to consistently maintain its $7, 200 to $8,700, but crossing this range seems to be hard further showing the volatility of the cryptoccurrency investment.
Ethereum, which is the second market capitalisation ($71,094,246,176) after bitcoin showed 0.03% value. There are 99,571,913 at the time of filing this report.
Over the past 24 hours, infobase has noticed that that the cryptocurrency market rebounded as the bitcoin price reached $8,503.32 but later went back to $8,498.37, while other coins like Tron (TRX), Byton, Skycoin, Cybermiles and Factom were the top gainers in the last 24 hours.

The majority of tokens in the crypto space have experienced a downward movement, which is peculiar to them as their performance in the market have significantly shown that bitcoin value determines their worth.
But there are some tokens like Tron (TRX) Bytom, Skycoin, Cybermiles and Factom which have caught our attention in the last couple of weeks considering their struggle to gain even when the dominant crypto like BTC move downward.
At about 1100Hours (Nigerian Time), Bytom (BTM) for instance witnessed a 17.46% gain in the last 24 hours with a market capitalisation of $720,526,779, and 987,000,000 BTM in circulation.
TRON has gone down to 9.59% from 12.27% in the last 24 hours, alluding to infobase earlier analysis that we experienced more downward movement of cryptocurrency during the day in Nigeria.
That’s our observation in the last three weeks. That might change any time, anyway.
Skycoin on the other hand has $231,812,299 as market capitalisation selling for $25.76 to a SKY, having 8,999,274SKY in circulation. It has experienced 12.65% in the last 24 hours, according to coinmarketcap.com the price keeps changing.
