Oluwatobiloba Daniel Anidugbe popularly known as Kizz Daniel was born in Ogun state, Nigeria. He hails from Abeokuta North local government area.
He graduated from Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta, in 2013, with a degree in Water Resources Management and Agrometeorology (Water Engineering).
He is a singer/songwriter and entertainer. He is one of the fast-rising Hip-Hop recording artiste in Nigeria and become a and viable export within and outside the shores of Africa.
His passion for music began at an early age, and was encouraged by his father. He started his music career professionally 2013 after his tertiary education, when he came across G-Worldwide Entertainment CEO, Emperor Geezy.
After being signed to G-Worldwide entertainment, he released his first official single “Shoye” which was produced by Beatburx on May 1, 2014, along with a music video was directed by MEX.
Daniel released his second single “Woju”, produced by Dj Coublon on September 1, 2014.
The video for Woju, released by Adasa Cookey, was shot in Lagos, Nigeria. The song spent eleven weeks on the MTV Base Official Naija Top Ten, including six weeks at the number one spot.
When the song Woju was released there was this perception in some quarters that he could just be a one hit maker and even a flash in the pan as some of our musicians ended up in the long run.
He did not rest on his oars as he recorded and released a remix of “Woju” featuring Tiwa Savage and Davido.
“Woju” and its remix peaked at Number 1 and Number 2 respectively on the MTV Base Official Naija Top 10, the first time that an original song and its remix would peak at the first and second positions on the chart.
A cover of the song performed by 2face Idibia appeared online. The success of his hit single was an indication of sort that he was here to stay with his brand of music.
Furthermore,in May 2015, Kizz Daniel released a third follow up single “Laye” on his birthday, along with a video two weeks later which was shot in different locations in eastern part of Africa and was directed by AJE FILMS.
In November 2017,this awesome Nigerian international pop star announced his exit from G-Worldwide in which he was not permitted to do collaborations according to reliable sources.
This led to changing his name from Kiss Daniel to Kizz Daniel. The ‘Laye’ crooner launched his record label Flyboy I.N.C and thereafter his career has soared beyond all limitations and he has become a force to reckon with in the music industry. He has featured top notch artistes like Wizkid, Davido, Olamide,Dj Neptune,Dj Spinall, CDQ,Omawunmi, Becca,Seyi Shay,Harrysong,Reekado Banks,Ben Pol,Dj BIG N to mention but a few .
Moreso , the multi-award winner has a unique way of rendering his songs that make music lovers yearn for more and when he does collaborations with other artistes he brings his A-game on at all times.
His stage charisma is a delight as he thrills his fans and audience that the whole atmosphere is often set agog.
