Detectives said Tyrese Devon may have killed Fahim Saleh because the suspect reportedly stole roughly $90,000 from him.

The body of Fahim Saleh, a self-made millionaire, was found in his apartment by one of his sisters, where his body had been cut into pieces.
It was gathered that the killed had used an electrical saw on the millionaire tech entrepreneur, 33, in his luxury Manhattan apartment, New York City.
How his body was found
Report by dailymail say his body was found by his sister who went to check on him because she had not heard from him for the day.
She went to the seventh-floor unit to check on her brother and found his dismembered body in his home.
The gokada founder was Fahim Saleh was last seen Monday afternoon on surveillance cameras getting into the elevator with another man suspected to be his killer.
Footage shows the suspected killer carrying a bag and wearing a mask and gloves at the time. Saleh was believed to have been attacked by a mask-wearing man.
No sooner had he stepped out of the elevator – which opened directly into his home – the attack began. He fell to the floor after either likely being shot or stunned, the footage reportedly shows.
Report says, the way he was killed has led US cops to believe the murder was carried out by a professional assassin.
Police found that Saleh’s legs below the knees and his arms had been removed, with the missing body parts placed into bags.

Fahim Saleh was described by friends and those who are closed to him as a self-made millionaire who had set up a motorbike hailing app in the commercial nerve centre of Nigeria, Lagos.

Who Killed Fahim Saleh?
At the time of this report, Tyrese Devon Haspil, an ex-executive assistant to the late techpreneur is the prime suspect, officials with knowledge of the investigation said.
“Mr. Haspil was Mr. Saleh’s executive assistant and handled his finances and personal matters, and it is also believed that he owed the victim a significant amount of money,” New York Times quoted a detective as saying.
Why would Tyrese Devon kill his former boss?
According to reports, a former assistant, the 21-year-old Tyrese Devon had worked for Mr. Saleh since he was 16.
It was reported that he handled the finances of the late Saleh. He is also believed to owe Saleh thousands US dollars, and was on a repayment plan.
Detectives also said Tyrese Devon may have killed Saleh because the suspect reportedly stole roughly $90,000 from him. He allegedly killed Fahim Saleh so that he would not refund the money he stole and took from his former boss.
The investigation also said that Mr. Saleh sacked Haspil, but did not report the theft to the police and even offered to set up a repayment plan so he could return the money.
But before at about 1:45 p.m. on Monday, Haspil allegedly assaulted Saleh with a Taser before killing him, police said.
