N-Power released Speedstar device support centre where the 2016 batch of beneficiaries can get solutions to their pad. However, the agreement with the centres has expired. You will have to bear the cost if your Speedstar device is faulty.
But we talked to one of Speedstar engineers, he told us that volunteers can come to the company’s support centre in Lagos.

While the collection centres are different designated locations in their states where volunteers are expected to pick up their NpowerNG tablets, support centres are technical partners who are versed in device repair and maintenance.

Device distribution and collection has only started in 16 states across the country, more states will be added in the days ahead.
